IN 5 EASY STEPS

STEP 1 - BE CONFIDENT IN THE CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICE

PRIOR TO THE LATEST GUIDELINES WE HAVE ALWAYS RAN A SUCCESSFUL CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICE FOR OVER 80% OF OUR CUSTOMERS, THIS IS NOTHING NEW TO US, WE FULLY UNDERSTAND THE STANDARD BOTH MECHANICALLY AND COSMETICALLY THAT THE CAR NEEDS TO REACH FOR YOU TO BE SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE.

We understand that COLLECTING a car that you have not seen yet can be a stressful and intimidating thought, however ESP have a system that YOU CAN TRUST.

We have been trading now for over 40 years and in that time we have become associated with some of the Largest Brands in the UK including the AA, The FCA and HPI.

STEP 2 - PART EXCHANGE OR FINANCE REQUIRED?

All of our staff are Fully Trained to deal with any questions you may have regarding reserving a vehicle on line with us, each one is SAF (Specialist Automotive Finance) and FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) approved and have passed the exams required to enable them to aid you should you wish to use a credit facility to purchase your new vehicle.

We will also be happy to discuss PART EXCHANGE with you and can offer you a price based on an accurate description of your vehicle.

STEP 3 - TAKE ONE OF THE TWO OPTIONS BELOW

Place a reservation fee on the vehicle of your choice leading to two options:-

OPTION 1

Contactless Collection can still be arranged following the most recent Government Guidelines, our 'Click and Collect' facility has never been simpler to use, a member of our staff will be delighted to guide you through the process, please give us a call on 01159464500 for further details,

OPTION 2

A collection day after the 2nd of December can be arranged, we will be happy to prepare your new car for sale both mechanically and cosmetically and store it in our indoor facility so it is ready for collection day.

STEP 4 - WHAT HAPPENS ON COLLECTION DAY?

Following the previous lockdown we are fully set up to handle the collection your new vehicle,

Your collection will be CONTACTLESS, we have a designated viewing and handover area for your pleasure, these areas ensure two metre distancing rules are adhered to.

You are permitted to enter our service reception area, upon entering there will be an electronic bell to ring to alert our sales team that a member of the is on site.

A member of the team will bring the vehicle to you for your viewing, we will be more than happy to provide a video of the major controls of the vehicle to you prior to you arriving.

Again, the health and safety of you and our staff are our biggest concern, ESP Cars have left nothing to chance in these unprecedented times.

STEP 5 - DRIVE YOUR DREAM

Once we have completed the paperwork last thing to do is 'DRIVE YOUR DREAM'. We hope to see you returning for your next purchase plus you may wish to benefit from our recommend a friend scheme.
